Once goal is set (for now):
There are a few categories to research:
A gym or coach to train at/with.
Have you read up on the trainer?
You need to know their specialties:
1. may it be weight loss coaching, prepping for a competition (fitness, bodybuilding, etc.)
2. Have they competed in certain events
3. Do they hold certs or degrees that cater to your needs.
Commitment:
1. Pick the trainer/gym
2. Figure out how to arrange your current schedule
3. Get to your session
4. Have dedication to the plan outside of your session
Yes these are loaded questions, but it is a loaded question for us trainers to figure you out.
